WASHINGTON (AP) — Conservative speak present host Rush Limbaugh is drawing bipartisan criticism for saying the nation will not elect overtly homosexual Democrat Pete Buttigieg as a result of it is not prepared for a president who ‘likes to kiss his husband on the talk stage.”
Limbaugh is a Trump ally and made the remarks Wednesday on his nationally syndicated radio present.
Buttigieg, the previous mayor of South Bend, has completed close to the highest in Democrats’ first two presidential contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.
Fellow Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says Buttigieg has honor and braveness. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham says he would not suppose a candidate’s sexual orientation would damage his or her possibilities.
