On Tuesday, a federal decide in El Paso, Texas blocked President Donald Trump’s nationwide emergency plan authorizing the navy to divert funds from protection development to construct a wall on the Mexican border, ruling that the president doesn’t have the authorized authority to make use of the funds for that objective.
