Kolb has led the GOP caucus since 2009.

“This was a horrible lapse in judgment, one I’ve urged others to not make, and I take full duty for it,” Kolb mentioned in an announcement. “There is no such thing as a excuse and no justification for what occurred Tuesday night. I made the flawed choice, and it’s one I deeply remorse.”
